Thank you for choosing Bold & Beautiful by Daniel Doke to photograph your Beauty/Boudoir session! Please read the information below and electronically sign and return this contract within 48 hours to complete your booking.

How to prepare for your session
Beauty/Boudoir sessions can help you see the beauty that you have right there inside of you, just waiting to be let out. It’s about celebrating what makes you YOU whether that’s in a dress, bodysuit, lingerie or a t-shirt,– it’s totally up to you! Don’t be afraid to get creative with your wardrobe choices. We recommend 3 outfits for your hour and a half session. My team and I love being wardrobe consultants so please reach out to bold@dandoke.com if you need help deciding.

Hair & Makeup
If you have hair and makeup booked for your session, please come with a clean face and clean hair that is completely dry. Our hair and makeup artist would love for your hair to be washed the night before. Hair and makeup lets you feel pampered for this experience. I work with the most amazing hair and makeup artist and I would love for everyone to experience what she does!
VIP Viewing & Ordering
After your amazing session, we have you back to our studio to view and order your stunning pictures! Our clients always joke that they don’t know how they are going to choose their images because they LOVE THEM ALL. We think that’s a great problem to have. Once we’ve narrowed down the images we will figure out which products fit your needs.
We will finalize your order on that day. NO ONLINE ORDERING WILL BE AVAILABLE. Viewing and ordering is in person at our studio in North Reading, MA one to two weeks after your session.
Reservation Fees
Are due upon booking and hold your date/time from further bookings with the photographer and makeup artist. This fee can be refunded within 48 hours of booking your date if you choose not to move forward. Otherwise, once this contract is signed and returned, reservation fees are NON refundable. Reservation fees are as follows:
Photo session with hair & makeup: $250
Refunds & Cancellations
When you reserve your beauty/boudoir appointment with our studio, we reserve that day and time for YOU. This fee secures your appointment time with the photographer and hair & makeup artist months in advance. For this reason we do NOT offer refunds. Please be sure to mark your calendar and arrive at your scheduled appointment time/date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out to our studio ASAP bold@dandoke.com
Rescheduling
In the event that you need to reschedule due to an emergency or conflict, we will work with you to select a new date/time. However, please note that there may be a rescheduling fee of $100. We do not allow anyone to reschedule more than one time with our studio.
No Show
If you do not show up to your session without a call or text to Daniel’s cell phone 781-462-8114 within 24 hours of your session, we reserve the right to charge an additional $350 NO SHOW FEE to your credit card on file.
By signing this Contract. THE CLIENT acknowledges that he/she has read it in its entirety and is signing it of free will of wanting to book a Beauty/Boudoir Photography Session. THE CLIENT understands all Terms and Conditions and accepts responsibility for signing said Contract. The Client acknowledges that he/she will be attending the Beauty/Boudoir Photography Session and is contractually obligated to all said Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of payment.
THEREFORE THE CLIENT has agreed to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1. Duration of Contract
1.1. This Contract shall have the duration of the date of booking to date session Is held All "Terms Of Agreement-shall refer to this period. THE CLIENT understands that he/she is bound to this Contract for a set duration
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
2.1.THE CLIENT agrees that any cancellation/Rescheduling must be in writing bold@dandoke.com. If a client wants to reschedule, It must be done at least 3 weeks prior to the agreed upon date. If a client wishes to reschedule there is a $100 rescheduling fee or a $200 cancellation fee.
2.2.THE CLIENT agrees that in the event that they miss their beauty/boudoir session without warning, we reserve the right to charge a $350 no show fee.
3. Payment Schedule and Fees
3.1. THE CLIENT agrees to have the total amount for session, hair and makeup of $250. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the session.
4. Session Details
4.1. The CLIENT agrees that he/she must provide the required time for photographs to be taken. Dan and Bold & Beautiful by Daniel Doke requires approximately 2 hours for hair and makeup and up to 90 minutes for the session noted above. If THE CLIENT does not provide adequate time, he/she understands that Dan will not be able to provide the quality and quantity of photographs agreed upon at contract signing.
4.2. THE CLIENT agrees that if he/she is more than 30 mins late for hair/makeup and Beauty/Boudoir Photography Session, it will be canceled without monetary reimbursement at THE PHOTOGRAPHERS discretion. Contact Daniel’s cell phone if you are running late to your appointment 781-462-8114.
4.3. THE CLIENT agrees that Dan and Bold & Beautiful by Daniel Doke is not responsible for providing items of clothing. THE CLIENT must bring their own wardrobe.
5. Albums, Products and Editing
5.1. THE CLIENT agrees that all orders/albums/products must pay half of the total balance before work will be started on the order.
5.2. THE CLIENT agrees that he/she must view and approve the state of the album during delivery. If there are any manufacturer defects, THE CLIENT agrees that he/she must return the album to THE PHOTOGRAPHER within 15 days of receipt for repair. THE CLIENT agrees that THE PHOTOGRAPHER and third party supplier are not at fault if the defect is self-inflicted by THE CLIENT or if he/she has not properly cared for the album or has caused purposeful damage in any way. Repair will not be covered for reasons including, but not limited to; if THE CLIENT has torn a page, dented the cover, broken the spine, spilled any items on the album or generally mistreated it. THE CLIENT agrees that if he/she is submitting the album back to THE PHOTOGRAPHER with a manufacturer's defect that the layout will not be changed in any way. Only the defect will be repaired
6. Copy and Use of Images:
6.1. The CLIENT agrees that THE PHOTOGRAPHER owns all images taken during the Beauty/Boudoir Photography Session. THE CLIENT understands that the photos will NOT be posted, unless he/she gives THE PHOTOGRAPHER permission by selecting YES on this contract.
6.2. THE CLIENT agrees that if he/she selects yes, THE PHOTOGRAPHER has full permission to display these images in locations including, but not limited to; online, blogs, in studio, or printed promotional material, social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and/or in any printed media
7.1. THE CLIENT HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THIS CONTRACT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ALL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, AND RELEASES THERIN
